St. Petersburg/Lakeland FL — June 26, 2023 – Black Dog Venture Partners announced that it has acquired a 20% stake in Lakeland, FL based Creator Collaboration Platform Noted Media (https://notedmediagroup.com). Scott Kelly, BDVP’s CEO will become Chairman of the Board. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Scott Kelly, CEO of BDVP commented on the investment, “I had the opportunity to meet Jamari McNabb (a UCF graduate) when he presented at our last VC Fast Pitch event at Catapult in Lakeland. The platform that Noted has built is a perfect complement to our influencer agency and music tech portfolio companies.
